My Husband and I went to Bella Vista for our one year wedding anniversary back in the end of September. Aaron is a sweetheart and the nicest guy. He let us know what there was to do around town because it was our first visit to Lancaster County. He really is a great guy and to run such an amazing place all by himself simply amazes us! The room was so clean and big. The bed was comfy and we felt right at home! We stayed in the Colonial. Breakfast was delicious! We did not want to leave and we wish we could have stayed longer! And you can not beat the prices for the rooms!!! We knew we would go back. So next month my husband, my best friend, her fiancee and I are all going back for the night and we simply can not wait! We will continue to stay at theBella Vista whenever we go back to Lancaster county. We wouldnt want to stay anywhere else! Thank you Aaron for everything! My wife and I stayed here for a night to get away from the city and relax. Aaron, the owner, greeted us and although we were early allowed us to check in and freshen up before we went out to see the sights. Our room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom had a double sink and was very spacious. There were two arm chairs in the room so that at the end of the day when we retired to our room we could watch a little television. Breakfast was great and the other guests that were there made for great conversation... Would recommend to anyone looking for one or a couple of days in the Lancaster county area.

Very nice place: an old beautiful victorian house. Excellent hospitality, host very helpful. The breakfast was so good! I recommend it strongly. We were three people, and the sofa bed was not really comfortable, but the innkeeper offered a discount so that was fair!

This was my mother's and my first stay at a B&B. Aaron was wonderful. He made us feel like we had known him forever and we hated to leave. The room was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The whole house was very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was more than delicious. Whole wheat waffles, sausage and very good fried potatoes. He also arranged an Amish dinner for us that was wonderful. I doubt any B&B is better than the Bella Vista. If you are close--stay!! Thank you, Aaron!!

Dear Aaron, Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. You asked if we felt comfortable with you as the Innkeeper, and the answer is that without a doubt you are the most congenial host I've met. The moment you offered to let us kick off our shoes in the kitchen I knew I would enjoy my stay. In French, the word "souvenir" isn't the sort of word for cheap, tourist kitsch, but stands rather for a sentiment that isn't quite expressible in English. A "souvenir" is a keepsake memory of the seemingly ordinary that only later will you realize is going to leave a lasting fond impression. Sharing drinks on your porch or at the Deck, admiring your photographs of tiny new birds, and watching you patiently clean a Robin's egg for me are some of the many "souvenirs" that will last me through my summer travels and many days to come. For this trip I found that Aaron, the new innkeeper, is doing a fine job maintaining the high standards set by his predecessors. He is friendly, personable, a gracious host, and was very accommodating of my unique schedule requests, for which I am grateful. I love the quiet, intimate feel of the third-floor "Hunt" room; it will be my first choice for return visits, of which I expect there will be many. This B&B is an excellent value, very reasonably priced, and makes even a quick overnight visit a pleasant mini-vacation.

From the time we made reservations online and got your call like not even 15 minutes later (fast service) your promptness in letting us know the "Hunt Room" was not available and upgrading us to the beautiful & comfortable & romantic Bella Vista room. We thank you for the treat! When we arrived you greeted and welcomed us with a huge smile and so much excitement! You can tell how proud you are to be here, serving your guests! Your hospitality and the absolutely wonderful breakfasts and the pleasure of sharing breakfast with and meeting your family was so much fun and an honor to be able to share it with you. The home is very comfortable, warm, and cozy. The fresh cut flowers in the room was very impressive ... nice touch and thank you for the wonderful shampoo, conditioner, and variety of lotion you had in the bathroom ... very nice! We wish you the best in all your endeavors. You will do very well! Congratulations with your new B&B and already reaching the record of 17 rooms. You will break it! The sky is the limit!
